Cotton Higher on Monday

Cotton futures are showing 93 to 121 points in most contracts on Monday. July is up 308 points as shorts are getting squeezed with July in Deliveries. US/China trade negotiators are going back to the table after last weekend’s Trump/Xi meetings. The Cotlook A index for June 27 was down 20 points from the previous day to 77.00 cents/lb. The weekly Average World Price (AWP) from USDA was updated to 58.32 cents/lb through next Thursday, down 82 points from the previous week.

JUL 19 Cotton is at 66.23, up 308 points,

OCT 19 Cotton is at 66.68, up 93 points

DEC 19 Cotton is at 67.15, up 107 points

MAR 20 Cotton is at 67.9, up 121 points
